I can't install DHTML Menu Studio. What should I do?

Try one of the following:

If you are already running DHTML Menu Studio, please close the program before beginning the installation.
Check available space on the drive from which you're installing the program as well as the drive on which the Windows system resides.
If you're using Windows NT or Windows 2000 you may need to install the program with administrative privileges.
Try re-downloading the program using an alternate link (it's available for both demo and full versions).
