Never again send to someone who say you're spamming them
You can maintain a list of 'blocked' email addresses; once an email address is blocked the program will not send new messages to the address nor will it accept signups from them. This lets you get 'ban' people who abuse your services but also make sure that you never send to people who complain that you spam them.
The list can be managed manually or you can set up your lists to put people who opt out on the list of blocked email addresses.
