If I need to reinstall Windows, or buy a new computer, where is FollowUpExpert data stored?

You can use the "Backup" toolbar button to create a zip containing all necessary data. This is should suffice in all normal situations.

If for some reason this isn't enough you can access the folder the program stores all its data in by following these steps:

1. Click the "Options" toolbar button.
2. Click the "Other" tab.
3. Click "Maintenance".
4. Click the "Open the data folder" link.

This should open the data folder in a new Explorer window.

If you are using an older version of FollowUpExpert you can find the data folder by searching for file named "maya.cfg" on your system drive:

1. Exit FollowUpExpert.
2. Perform a disk-wide search on your system drive for a file named "maya.cfg".
3. Open the folder the file in. This is the data folder.
