Active vs. Inactive Prospects

At the bottom of the “Prospect Properties” window there is a check box labeled “Active (include this prospect when sending messages)”. If it is not marked, the prospect is inactive meaning that no messages will be sent to the prospect by this autoresponder.

This option has a special meaning when you are using double opt-in (see Double Opt-In); it means that the prospect record is waiting for verification.
