Adding and Removing Prospects

Every autoresponder has its own database of prospects (you can think of it as a mailing list or database of email addresses and names). You can access the database by double-clicking the autoresponder’s icon and clicking the “Prospects” tab.

 

In this chapter I will try to show you a couple of ways you can enter new records including information such as email address, name and up to 64 user-defined fields into the prospects database. I will also talk about removing and editing existing records.
