If you are using FollowUpExpert Business edition or better, you can send files along with your message. To manage attached files use the “Attachments” button

You can add as many files as you like but please be aware that the size of the files you are attaching adds up to the total size of the message you are sending. If you are thinking of attaching, say, a 1MB PDF document to a message you want to send to 5,000 recipients, consider if you can really afford it as it may take a really long time to send even if you have a broadband connection to the Internet. It would take over 11 hours to send these messages over a 1-megabit connection (128 kilobytes per second). Also your recipients will probably not appreciate having to download a message this large. A much better solution is to upload the large file to your web server and use a link to the file in the message instead.
