Automatic Follow-Ups

One of the most useful features of FollowUpExpert is its ability to send automatic follow-ups to your mailing list. You can send messages with delays ranging from hours to days and months. The program does the trick by sending scheduled messages to a list of addresses of people you want to contact. It treats each subscriber individually.

You can customize delays between subsequent messages. Imagine the following: immediately after Joe downloads a demo of your product, he gets a thank-you note. Then, after two days, he receives another email that explains the product’s benefits and asks if you can help him in any way during his evaluation. If he does not purchase, he gets yet another email, this time after a week, inquiring if there is anything about the product he does not like and so on.

Later, when Joe actually buys your product, FollowUpExpert sends him a "Thank you for your order" email and moves Joe's address to the mailing list containing the addresses of people who bought from you.

You get the idea. FollowUpExpert can be configured to do this kind of thing in a completely automated fashion!

To manage the list of follow-up messages for a mailing list, double click its icon, and click the "Follow-Up Messages" tab.
