Banned Content

Many of us receive lots of spam from bogus email addresses. If your autoresponder replies to spam messages it wastes valuable resources. Adding bogus email addresses to your mailing list does not make much sense either. How to protect against the waste?

FollowUpExpert Business edition or better lets you specify the content that is banned; every message that contains such content is ignored by the program. An example of such content is "viagra", "v1agra" and so on.

To define banned content, click the "Options" toolbar button. Then click the "Banned Content" tab. Click "Add", type one or more pieces of text you want to ban (one per line), and click "OK".
