Blocking Certain Email Addresses |

Sometimes, you want to make sure that you neither send anything to a given email address, nor add the address to any of your mailing lists. For example, if someone complains that you are sending spam, you need to make sure that he or she never receives any messages from you. Another example is someone that’s abusing your system; you want to make sure their email address is always blocked.
Managing Blocked Addresses
If you are using FollowUpExpert Business edition or better, click “Options” toolbar button to bring it up, and then click the “Blocked Addresses” tab to manage the list of blocked addresses.
Click the “Add” button to create a new entry. The “Email Addresses” window lets you type one or more email addresses by putting each email address on a line or by separating them with a comma or a semicolon:

You may also block addresses of people who unsubscribed from a mailing list; simply turn on the option labeled “Add the sender to the list of blocked email addresses” on the "Opt-Out" tab of the "Mailing List" window:
