Configuring Dial-Up

To configure the way the program connects to the Internet, click the “Options” toolbar button, and then click the “Dial-up” tab.

Note: If you are connected to the Internet all the time, you do not need to use this tab at all. Just make sure the option labeled “Never dial a connection” is turned on.

To configure the program to connect to the Internet by dialing up, select a dial-up connection, and click “Set Default”.

Then turn on one of these options: either “Dial whenever there is no connection” or “Always dial my default connection”. Note that the program will not disconnect even after it is done if you do not check the “Hang up after sending and receiving” option.

You may use the buttons labeled “Add”, “Delete”, and “Edit” to manage your connections.
