Backup-related functions are accessible through the “Backup” button 
. This button is located on the main window’s toolbar.
Clicking the button brings up a window entitled “Backup/Restore”.
Click the “Backup” button, browse to a known location on your hard drive and click “Save”.
Important: Do not save your backup in FollowUpExpert’s data folder or it may be lost. If you are not sure if the folder is the data folder changes are you should not be saving to the folder in the first place. Save only to a location on your hard disk you know is safe. “My Documents” is usually a good bet.
To restore your backup, click the “Restore” button, browse to the zip file containing the configuration, and click “Open”.
Keep your backup files in a safe location. It may be a good idea to burn them to a CD periodically.
