Editing Prospects

To edit a prospect record select it by clicking it using the left mouse button and click “Edit”. Alternatively, you can simply double-click a prospect record you want to edit. This will bring up the “Prospect Properties” window.

 

 

Personal Details & Fields

 

Type in the email address into the text box labeled “Email address”. No surprises here. The email address must be unique within the autoresponder’s database. This means that you can have the same email address twice only if it is one such email address per autoresponder.

 

Another thing is the prospect’s name. Type it in into the “Full name” text box. You can also click “Full name” to bring up a window entitled “Name Details” if you want to enter first, middle and last name separately.

Follow-Up Status for a Prospect

 

If it is a sequential autoresponder there are some additional controls grouped under “Follow-up status” label.

 

The read-only “Next follow-up” drop-down list displays the name of the next follow-up message to be sent to this prospect or (none) if there is no such message. You can choose the next message using the drop-down or click "Stop" to stop sending follow-ups to this prospects.

 

“Last contact time” displays the time the last message was sent to this prospect by this autoresponder or, if there was no such message, the time the prospect record was added to the database. This time is used to determine when the next follow-up message should be sent.
