To edit a subscriber entry, select it by clicking it using the left mouse button, and click “Edit”. Alternatively, you can simply double-click a subscriber entry you want to edit. This brings up the “Subscriber” window.

Personal Details & Fields

Use the "Email address" box to change the subscriber's email address. No surprises here. The address must be unique within the mailing list. This means that you cannot add the same email address twice to the same list (it may be included on your other mailing lists though).

Another thing is the subscriber’s name. Type it in the “Full name” text box. You can also click the “Full name” button to bring up a window entitled “Name Details” (if you want to enter first, middle, and last name separately).

If you are using the Business edition or better, you can use the “Custom Fields” tab to edit custom fields. Read this section to find out more: Subscriber Custom Fields.

To learn about how you can insert a subscriber’s email address, first name, full name etc. in messages, read this section: Message Personalization (Mail Merge).

Follow-Up Status

If the mailing lists uses automatic follow-up messages, you can find interesting information under the “Follow-up status” label.

The read-only “Next follow-up” drop-down list displays the name of the next follow-up message to send to this subscriber, or "(none)" if there is no such message. You can choose the next message using the drop-down or click "Stop" to stop sending follow-ups to the subscriber.

“Last contact time” displays the time the last follow-up message was sent to this subscriber or, if there was no such message, the time the subscriber was added to the list. The program uses this value to determine when it is supposed to send the next follow-up message to that subscriber.
