Message Personalization (Mail Merge)

Top  Previous  Next

You can personalize message you send using data fields - special placeholders that get replaced with pre-defined texts when the message is sent. You can use data fields anywhere in messages you create. For example, you may insert the following field $(To-First-Name) to have it replaced with the recipient's first name. Below you can see a sample message that uses this data field and a sample result.

Message using a data field:

Dear $(To-First-Name),

Thank you very much...

Sample result:

Dear Jim,

Thank you very much...

There are many data fields you can use. In this section you will learn how you can insert a data field into a message. The section also contains a list of available fields.
