Sending Notification When New Mail Arrives

If you are using a mailing list, it may be useful to get notified any time someone opts in or unsubscribes (see Mailing Lists). For some kinds of autoresponders it may also be useful to receive information about people who receive automatic replies (see Responding to Messages). This is what you can use the check box labeled “Send a new message to one or more email addresses” for. You can find it on the “Reply” tab of an autoresponder and on the “Opt-In” and the “Opt-Out” tab of a mailing list.

To edit the notification FollowUpExpert sends, click the “message” link. To find out about using the message, editor read the Composing Mail Messages chapter.

To edit the list of recipients, click the “addresses” link. Type one email address at a time, and click “Add”.
