If you are using Logitech QuickCam, this is a known issue caused by Logitech software trying to 'spy' on other applications in order to perform its functions; this doesn't actually make Logitech software spyware but may cause some applications to malfunction.
Here's what you can do to fix this:
- Search for "lvprcinj.dll" on your system drive.
- Either delete this file, or (if not possible) rename it (for instance, to "lvprcinj.dll.bak").
That's it. Please note that under some circumstances, QuickCam may revert the change; I know that it does because several customers reported that but I'm not sure what triggers it (software update?). So, if FollowUpExpert stops opening, you should rename it again.
Your cam should continue to function though some special functions may not be available. You have to see for yourself.
Another option of course is completely removing the QuickCam software.
