I have been using an autoresponder service for several months and decided to take control and purchase my own software. I tried four other products before deciding on FollowupExpert. I took a leap of faith because of the excellent documentation. I have made some recommendations for the next upgrade and this is the first time I have really felt that I was part of a team that wanted to improve a product. Support before and after the sale has been excellent. I highly recommend this product.
