Just a quick note to thank you for your excellent product (Xtreeme FollowUpExpert).
I have developed a training course for people wanting to make money on the
stock market, and am marketing it via my web site.
As a web marketer, I know it is crucial to follow up clients on a regular
basis. It's not something that you simply do as an add on to your
business - it is your business!
It always amazes me just how many extra sales I make as a result of
following up.
The proffessional web gurus say that you need to contact everyone on an
average of "7 times" before they actually make a buying decision. Some will
buy straight away, some will take 12 or more contacts, but the average is
apparantly 7.
I used to have a "one-shot" marketing approach to my business, in that I
used to make my offer once, either on my web-site, or email ad, and if
people buy, they buy, if they don't, they don't. I was unaware of all of
the potential sales that I was missing out on.
The truth is; before now, I wasn't actually running a business; I was just
relying on "luck" - I am lucky that some people actually buy my product the
first time they see it.
Its amazing to see how many people are actually willing to buy my product,
but just need a little more persuasion, or a little more reassurance. I was
totally blind to this before, but since running my autoresponder, more and
more sales just keep trickling in! - It's not that people don't like my
product, or don't want to buy it, it's just most of them will not buy it
there and then. I never knew this before. I was only running my business
to less than half of it's true potential!
I now have a consistently profitable and measurable business, not just some
lucky "hit and miss" ads.
I had used an autoresponder in the past that resided on my web server, but I
didn't have as much control over that as I would have liked to have, so was
looking for one that sat on my PC so I could see exactly what was going on.
The web server one for some reason kept deleting names off of my list. I
now know that names are money to me, so I couldn't afford to keep that
going - it was costing me.
I like to be in total control and see what is going on. I want to be able
to see at any time who has added themselves to my list, who has left the
list, and why. I want to know as soon as a sale is generated etc etc, and
it had to happen on my computer so I could control it, not on some remote
web server located with my ISP.
I downloaded a couple of demo software programs which looked like they would
stack up to my high expectations, Xtreeme FollowUpExpert being one of them.
Firstly, I must say that your support has been second to none - thank you.
Even before I purchased the program I had a couple of questions which I sent
to you, and you answered them straight away. (I think I am still waiting to
hear back from a couple of the other people who never actually even bothered
to return my messages). You were very helpful with your responses, and
seemed willing to help me with my needs and requirements.
I have since purchased your program, and have found it to be exceptional.
It does everything that I need (and more), has an excellent and simple user
interface, and generates good reports. Your program actually does a lot
more than some other programs which cost 2-4 times as much.
I think you should look at putting your price up. You could ask a lot more
and still offer better value than most!
I am in complete control of my business, and can get on with other things
knowing that FollowUpExpert is working in the background for me following up all of
my clients so I don't have to remember to do it, or try to work out which
letters to send which clients - it's all automated.
I love it!

I give your program the thumbs up - it's the best I've seen, the simplest to
