I first 'discovered' auto response marketing whilst reading an article on the subject but after deciding that it would prove a useful tool for our business, could not afford the option that was offered since it was a web based application that you paid for on an annual/monthly basis. After a quick search on the Internet I came across you web site and FollowUpXpert and read the content with great interest.
Here was a product that, for a one time fee, I could use without limits, offered flexibility and personalisation whilst, most importantly, incurring no further cost after the initial purchase price!
I downloaded the trial version and was totally amazed at not only the simplicity of the program but how powerful it was. Within hours I re-visited your site to purchase a license to 'unlock' the program. I knew it was the one for me.
Several months on I have a number of auto responder operating at the same time from the simple 'Sorry I'm not at my desk' replies to 'Fault' diagnosis as well as my own clients who use the service through me to follow up their clients. This option alone has re-couped my own outlay.
The product is very reliable, stable and delivers messages on time to the people that matter - potential or existing customers. The fact that someone I've never even communicated with on a 'personal level' before can receive a 'personalised' e-mail from me in minutes not only impresses the recipient but adds an imeasurable level of professionalism and quality about our company.
Incidentally, we send out HTML messages which the software handles easily and allows us to retain our corporate identity when sending our responses or follow ups.
As for after sales service and support, it is second to none. If all software companies responded as Martin at Xtreeme does, the computing world would be a better place.
All in all, I would recommend your product to anyone who is serious about following up leads from their own website, keeping in touch with existing customers or just wants people to know she's away from her desk. In a word - PRICELESS!!
