free up disk space

after processing hundreds of thousands of emails followupxpert is exceeding the disk space in my virtual machine, how do i go about cleaning this up

Hi,

Can you please see which files take up the most space in the data folder? Here's how you can open the folder:

1. Click the "Options" toolbar button.
2. Click the "Other" tab.
3. Click "Maintenance".
4. Click the link labeled "Open the data folder".

Also, are there "Received" and "Sent" folders in the folder?
