Site Map for Shopping Cart Help Needed

Hello, it's my first time really using your software and I'm working on indexing www.sierra-sales.com - the web site has a shopping cart with items that are in multiple categories. It also has a tell a friend feature. I just ran a navigation based site map and the program organized it into a super large amount of nonrelevant subfolders. Is there anyway to run the program so it won't list those duplicates, tell a friends, etc and NOT put them in folders automatically? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I've found no help files in the forum on shopping carts and was hoping there was an easy solution Regards, Bryan Grandy
