I have been using FollowUpExpert for over a year; we currently run 9 auto responders and 1 mailing list. Since Feb 08 we have sent well over a thousand emails to prospects and enjoy the automation. I have enjoyed using the program and look forward to using it for years to come.

I recently renewed my subscription in hopes that the new updates would take the program to the next level. While the change log is impressibe, IMO, there are still a couple of items missing.

1) Run the program as a service, we like to set things up and forget about them for awhile. The program had been running unattended for a month or two and locked up. Since we don’t check the machine it was running on all that often it went unnoticed for a couple of weeks. If the program or some aspect of the program was setup to run as a service a notifier could alert us if there was a problem.

2) Add a subscribers tab to auto responders, this existed in the older 3.x version and went away in 4.x, I would really like to see this make a comeback.
