Transfer to NEW FollowUp List when Opting Out of PREVIOUS

It would be nice if, as well as the feature to "Opt out from one or more other mailing lists" I had the option to:

>> Transfer to a new list

So they I can create a life cycle of a client... For example here is the life cycle of my clients:

1. Prospect / Made an enquiry - Needs information emailed and to be added to "General Enquiry - Follow Up & Get a Booking" to be followed up and certain intervals.
2. Client / Replied to us, said they want to book, need to be transferred to next mailing list "Tentative Bookings - Collect Deposit, Follow Up & Remind". We now need a $100 deposit and need to remind them to pay.
3. After they have paid their deposit, I currently receive an email with all of their details in a table(like an enquiry form) with juicy info such as DOB and close friends names etc., I have currently setup FollowUpExpert to see this email payment receipt as an Opt in request to the next list which is "Booked Clients - Stay in touch"
4. At the moment, when they enter this list they are removed from the previous deleting any details gathered and starting a fresh person/profile, but it would be better if I setup the previous list "Tentative Bookings..." to see this form as an Opt out Request, and on the Opt Out they are transferred to the next list, this would mean I can keep all their details
5. After clients use our service, we send them an email to follow a link and fill in their feedback. Currently I have setup a simple email form asking for about 5 details which Opts them into the final list and when they are added to this final list, they are removed from the "Book Clients" list/newsletter and now a part of "After event follow up" list/newsletter. Again, it would be better if I sent an opt out request to the previous list, and then it transferred them and their details to the final list to be sent their feedback and stayed in touch with.

Finally, as an add on idea to this, if someones email is already found in the system, it would be good if it just added the details of the blank fields, so when I have an enquiry, I may not have many details, but when they book I get their date of birth, their home address, close friends names.....if it just added this info to their profile then i can use this down the track to personalise my email follow ups and it will be great!
