Hi,

It depends on when you purchased the product. In order to download the latest version, you need to have a valid maintenance subscription. Every purchase comes with the subscription valid for one year. After that time you need to extend it.

It's best to check if the subscription is still valid by trying to retrieve the download links using the following form:

http://www.xtreeme.com/fullversionlost.php

If your subscription is still valid, the system will send you the download links. If it isn't, you're going to receive a link you can use to purchase the subscription.

Please let me know if you need more details.

Hello! I hope it's ok I use this old relevant post instead of creating a new one.

I downloaded the latest upgrade for FollowUpExpert and installed. It said it was now a DEMO version so I found in the forums that I should send a request, which is what this posting is about. I did, then tried to install the version I was sent a link for, thinking it was valid, instead of receiving a notice to repurchase. When I tried to open the program, it appears there is a version mismatch, which I think means the email did not have me download the latest version. So, I now cannot open the software due to version mismatch, but if I install the latest to fix it, it won't work as a full version since it says DEMO. Is my license still good and how do I input it or do I need to purchase a new license?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Ken,

Your license is still valid it's your maintenance subscription that expired. Every purchase comes with 1 year of free maintenance and upgrades. After that period, you need to extend it (it costs $69 for the Business edition & $29 for the Personal edition per year). It gives you free upgrades and tech support throughout the period covered by the subscription.

Could you contact me by email (at martinb@xtreeme.com) regarding this? I'm sure we can resolve this to your satisfaction in no time. :)
