If you want MailXpert to leave on the server messages it downloads, mark the check box labeled Leave copies of messages on the server. I recommend that you mark this option or you won't be able to download the messages MailXpert has replied to. You should also leave the Do not leave a copy if the message matches a rule turned off because turning it on would also result in MailXpert removing all messages it has replied to.
