Here's the Backup dialog box:



This dialog box shows up when you click on the Backup toolbar button. Click here to learn more about MailXpert's main window.

If you want to create a zip archive containing all your data files, click Backup, pick a safe location and click OK. Please note that the files are not encrypted so it is up to you to keep them secure.

Click Restore to restore your data files from a zip archive created using the Backup button. Note that the current data files will be lost unless you backed them up first.

Click Close to hide the dialog box.
