Here's the Digest dialog box:



This dialog box shows up when you click on the Digest toolbar button. Click here to learn more about MailXpert's main window or here to find out more about digests.

In the text box labeled From enter the email address you'd like to appear in the From: field of the digest message. If you're creating a digest for a mailing list generated by one of the built-in wizards, the field has been filled out for you with the appropriate data fields that will be expanded to list's display name and email.

Subject text box is also initially filled with a default subject but you can change it to fit your needs by clicking on Customize button of the Other tab of the Global Options dialog box.

Below the text boxes I mentioned, there's another one. In this text box the body of the digest message has been put automatically. Depending on MailXpert's options, the body is either a HTML source or plain text. Click here to learn how to change digest type and customize its contents including the default subject.

Click on the Publish button to publish the digest. It will be automatically sent to all digest-only subscribers during the next scheduled mail processing cycle or when you click Send/Receive toolbar button.
