Here’s how the main MailXpert window looks like when the application is run for the first time and no email services have been created yet:

As you can see, the main window contains the toolbar that you can use to trigger MailXpert's functions, for instance create new email services,
publish new email messages to selected mailing lists, create and publish digests and so on. The window is vertically divided into two parts of
which the top one, labeled "EMAIL SERVICES", will contain the icons of the email services that you will create and the bottom one, "LOG DISPLAY",
will display the real-time log of mail processing activities.
And that's the main window after two email services have been created:

Please notice that the first of the email services is selected. To select a service, simply click on its icon.

Let's take a closer look at the toolbar now. Below you can see the New toolbar button:

Clicking on the button will take you to the Email Service Wizard allowing you to create a new email services.
Next to the New button you can find buttons labeled Delete and Edit:

The buttons are enabled only if an email service is selected. Click on the Edit button to customize settings
of selected email services or Delete button to delete them.
To the right you can see the Digest button:

This button is enabled only if you selected a mailing list that has messages to digest. Click on the button
to create list's digest that will be automatically sent to digest-only subscribers.
Next to the Digest button there is a button labeled Publish:

Click on this button to create a new email message and publish it to selected email services. To find out more click here.
Next there is a group of four buttons labeled Start, Stop, Status and Send/Recv:

These buttons are used to control mail processing activities.
The first two, Start and Stop you can use to start and stop all mail processing. Use Status to get detailed information such as full log, list of emails that couldn't be sent and so on. Click here to find out more.
Click Send/Receive button to start mail processing immediately regardless of the schedule.
Then, there's a button labeled Options:

Click on this button to bring up the Global Options dialog box.
The next buton is named Backup:

When you click it it will show up the dialog box you can use to backup/restore of data files.
Email services can be displayed using four different views. They can be displayed using large or small icons, as a list of the email services’
names or details of each email service can be shown. This is similar to the analogous function in Microsoft Windows Explorer®.
You can click on the Views button below to cycle through the views.

You can also click on the down arrow to open the menu that allows you, apart from changing the view type, to sort email services by name or
by description. If the current view is large icon view (Large Icons) or small icon view (Small Icons) you can also check the Auto Arrange
item to make the icons arrange automatically.

Last, but not least, there is the Help button. Clicking on this button will open MailXpert Help in a separate window.

You can also click on the down arrow to bring up the pop-up menu:
