Here's how the Custom Fields dialog box looks like:



Select a field and click Edit to modify its name or value using the Custom Field Properties dialog box. You can use a field anywhere in emails sent to all subscribers (e.g. forwarded). For instance to use a field named City put $(City) anywhere in the message.

This dialog box is only available in the Professional Edition.
