Here's how the Custom Field Properties dialog box looks like:



Type in the name of the field into the Name text box and the value into Value. You can use the field in emails sent to subscribers (e.g. forwarded) by putting the name of the field surrounded by $( and ). For instance, to access field named Country put $(Country) anywhere in the email.

Note: Changes to the name affect all subscribers records of this email service (they do not affect other services though).

This dialog box is only available in the Professional Edition.
