Here's how the Custom Fields tab of the Email Service Properties dialog box looks like before any custom fields have been added:

Please notice how the Delete and Edit buttons (partially visible), previously disabled, are now enabled because a custom field has been selected.

Use this dialog box to create your own custom fields to use in messages sent by MailXpert or to edit existing custom fields. To edit a custom field, select it and click Edit. To create a new one, click Add. Whether you click Edit or Add, this will bring up the Custom Field Properties dialog box.
