Here's the Mail Delivery tab:

You can use this tab to set up the way MailXpert receives and sends emails.
Grouped under the Schedule labels there are controls that you can use to set up how often Mailxpert checks the POP3 servers for new mail, processes the messages and sends them using one or more SMTP servers. You can have MailXpert process emails at a specified interval in minutes or you can set up a custom schedule by entering a semicolon-delimited list of times (in 24-hour format) at which the mail should be processed (for example: “9:00; 10:15; 12; 22:34”).
Below these controls, there's yet another group of controls labeled Incoming mail. You can use them to set up how often MailXpert will check for new email messages and to set the maximum size of incoming messages that are accepted. I recommend that you mark the Do not accept messages larger than option to protect your subscribers. Click on the underlined word "message" in If a message is too large, reply with this message to edit the message MailXpert will use to reply to senders of messages that are rejected because they exceed the limit you've set.
Lastly, there is a group of controls labeled Outgoing mail. You can use them to set up MailXpert to expire outgoing messages that it cannot send for a specified amount of time. MailXpert will no longer try to send the expired messages; you can see them by clicking on the Check toolbar button, which will bring up this dialog box.
