Here's the Publishing Wizard during the first step:



This wizard shows up when you click on the Publish toolbar button. Click here to learn more about MailXpert's main window.

Select Send message to all subscribers if you want the message delivered to all subscribers of one or more email services (you will select the services in the next step).

You can also add a message to the Inbox folders of one or more email services and have the messages processed by the email service.
