Step 3

Third Support/Discussion Forum Wizard's step:

If you'd like a separate email address for command messages (e.g. 'subscribe' requests) mark the check box labeled "Use a separate email address for command messages" and enter the email address into the "Email address" text box. I recommend that you use this option unless you're very low on email aliases. If this option is off, the mailing list email address is used to handle command messages. This has a disadvantage of the subscribers being unable to use certain message subjects. For example, if a subscriber sends a message to the list with subject consisting of a single word "help" (but not "need help" nor "some help needed" etc.) he or she will be replied with the mailing list's usage instructions and the original message will not be forwarded to other subscribers. This doesn't happed if you set up MailXpert to use a separate email address for command messages. Only when a message contains both required subject (e.g. "help") and it is sent to the command email address, it is handled specially.
