Enter the address of the incoming mail server (POP3) you want MailXpert to download email messages sent to this mailing list from. Make sure that the messages will actually get to the server. The server address must match the email addresses you entered in previous steps or emails sent to the addresses will not physically get to the server and MailXpert will be unable to download and process them.

In the text box labeled Outgoing mail server enter the address of the SMTP server you want MailXpert to use to send all outgoing messages sent as a result of this mailing list activities (e.g. messages sent from subscribers to other subscribers, subscription requsets and so on). If you intend to use the mailing list with email addresses outside your server's domain, please make sure that the server supports relaying, i.e. that is possible to actually send messages from and to arbitrary email addresses ("From:" and "To:" fields).
