Fully personalized messages that will insert the customer's name into the message and subject line. For instance, you can have you message begin with "Dear John" instead of "Dear Customer". Or put name of the customer into the subject of the message: "Message from Acme to John Smith". With all that SPAM floating around most of us never go beyond the subject while scanning the mailbox. Making your messages sound personal and friendly goes a long way towards making the sale.
