In a world of spam, it's hard to run a legitimate email newsletter.

We run an online music lessons site, and as such, we need to stay connected with over 100,000 subscribers. For the last two years, we've been using another mass email program to send out our newsletter. In the last 4 months however, we've noticed that many of our email newsletters were going unread.

After a lot of research, we found out that the program we used to use was making our newsletters getting flagged as spam (YUCK!) The gory details - it was sending out our newsletters and adding a line that made it look as if they came from Outlook Express. I suspect that the creators of this other newsletter program wrote this line in so that spammers could use it and pretend to be legitimate. However, ISP filters are now wise to this spoof.

We recently tried the trial version of MailXpert and have found it has no hidden agenda. The emails it sends out are rock solid, with no "spoofing" involved. We've done extensive testing, and our newsletters are now free of the spam label!! Long live real meat. Needless to say, we have purchased the full professional version and are more than happy. We are also very happy users of FollowupXpert - this is what keeps our customers coming back to our front door week after week.
