Create an email service that will let you send important announcements, newsletters and ezines to a selected group of your customers. The mailing list created by the wizard automatically provides double opt-in via email, opt-out and "help" command. It is also very easy to customize later on. You can send emails to the list using either a built-in message editor or using an external application. You can even send messages from another machine using any email client!
Create a discussion list. Running a discussion list creates a chance for the people sharing the same interest or a hobby to “meet”, share their knowledge and make friends with people from all over the world. Running a company-sponsored discussion forum is a great way of building mark-awareness among your potential customers.
Create an autoresponder. The autoresponder created by the wizard can respond to keywords in the subject of an incoming message. The autoresponder can be easily modified based on the rules generated by the wizard.
