UL list style options

Top level type - Determines the type attribute of <UL> tag for top-level files and folders.

2nd level type - Determines the type attribute of <UL> tag for second-level files and folders.

Further level types - Determines the type attribute of <UL> tag for third- and higher-level files and folders.

Separate top level folders with a vertical space - Adds a vertical space after each top-level folder.
