Drop down list style options

Predefined items - Specify pre-defined items of the drop down list. You can specify multiple items by using backslash ('\') as the separator. The first item will be the default item and should be used to inform the user about the purpose of the drop down list, and an additional item can be used to provide a separator, e.g. Select category\------

List name - Specify name of the <SELECT> list. This name is not displayed anywhere in the list but is used for scripting purposes only.

Create top-level groups - Visually groups top-level items.

Don't list items without destination URL - Skips items which don't link to any URL.
