Question:
I can't install SiteXpert. What should I do?
 
Try one of the following:
  • If you are already running SiteXpert, please close SiteXpert before beginning the installation
  • Check available space on the drive from which you're installing SiteXpert as well as the drive on which the Windows system resides.
  • If you're using Windows NT or Windows 2000 you may need to install the program with administrative privilleges
  • Try re-downloading the program using an alternate link (it's available for both demo and full versions)
