What is your upgrade/technical support policy?

Technical support as well as all upgrades to newer versions are free within 12 months of the purchase date.

Additionally at any time you can upgrade to another license type. The price of the upgrade is always the same as the difference in price between any two licenses. Please send us an email if you wish to purchase an upgrade.
